I'm Uzma Aqbal, a PMP-certified healthcare strategist based in North Bay, Ontario.
I've spent 6+ years building things from scratch inside real healthcare organizations: the first PM function for the Mental Health Portfolio at North Bay Regional Health Centre, a geriatric outpatient clinic launched in 8 months, a $2M project delivered on time and on scope. I know what it actually takes to move complex initiatives forward, because I've done it from the inside.
